‘Dakotans for Honesty in Politics’ opposes the transfer of personal electronic data without the written consent of the person involved. It should be illegal for businesses or government to sell or share private home, medical or financial information about citizens without their informed consent.

We also oppose government mandate that our entire medical history be digitally recorded and available between varied facilities online. U.S. citizens should have the right to refuse the placement of their health care records online.
