Gambling

Government sponsorship or promotion of gambling, such as lotteries or the subsidizing of Native American casinos, is neither authorized by the Constitution or a justified obligation of the Government. 

Be It Resolved: The United States government cease involvement, sponsorship and promotion of all forms of gaming.  Gaming has its place as a private enterprise under State government regulation preventing corruption and crime.  

Be It Resolved: The United States Government cease federal legislation usurping state authority over the regulation of tribal casinos.
